Construction started in April 2009, and the road is scheduled to be open for traffic in 2012.
Contractors
The SH 130 Concession Company, LLC is a company formed by Cintra and Zachry American Infrastructure, working in
collaboration with the Texas Department of Transportation to finance, develop, design, construct, operate and
maintain Segments 5 and 6 of SH 130.
