I am pleased to provide a letter of reference for David Cao Shen who
volunteered on the 2014 Vision Vancouver election campaign from Saturday
October 4, to Saturday November 15th in the recent municipal election.
David displayed great enthusiasm in learning about political campaigns, and
quickly learned new skills to be an active and valuable part of the Vision
campaign. David volunteered on a variety of aspects of the campaign with a
positive attitude, and was an asset to each department David assisted.
David worked extremely well in our cooperative and team-based setting, and
played a large role in making the campaign, and our Campaign School program,
a success.
Based on David’s involvement and demonstrated enthusiasm for the political
process, I am pleased to recommend David and wish them well in their future
