This document proposes the Inter-View Compass method for empowered storytelling using concepts from cognitive science, analytical psychology, and psychodrama. The method uses cognition, drama, and Jungian psychology to structure interviews. It draws on theories of memory primacy and recency, as well as cognitive biases like rosy projection. Interviews are guided by the mandala concept of wholeness and employ roles, props, warm-ups and enactments from psychodrama to examine issues raised. The goal is to provide an empowering framework for interviewees to tell their stories.
