 Lead hydraulic frac crews up to 25 members to ensure successfultreatment of multi-million
dollar wells within design constraints of Halliburton equipment limitations.
 In charge of training all new supervisors in the field
 Oversee daily field operations pertaining to hydraulic fracturing by keeping production high and
maintaining cost efficiency
