Blister Tooling and Change Parts:
We provide blister tools for your existing product. And also we are
able to provide a complete set of blister tools for your new products
needs, we have the engineering capabilities in house to model in 3D
new blister cards, design blister pockets and determine required
change parts for every machine station from forming to cutting.
Designs are done as 3/D solid models and sent for customer
verification. Detailed drawings are also available as requested.

4. FEEDERS
Blister Machines can only run as fast as tablets can
be placed in the pockets. Therefore efficient feeding
devices are essential to achieve high productivity
rates
We specialize in manufacturing of Simtep Feeder.
Simtep Feeders are appropriate for medium and
high speed intermitted motion machine.
They filled the entire index of the blister machine at
once while the webbing is stationary.
