Preliminary legal Objections:-
(a) That under the facts and circumstances of the matter the complainant has no
cause of action to file the instant complain, as such the same is liable to dismissed.
(b) That the complainant intentionally and Malafidely stating false story.

(c) That it is a case of no evidence and in absence of any proof or evidence
regarding allegations of the complainant hence the instant complaint is not
maintainable.
(d) That the contents of all paras of the complaint have been read over and
explained to vehemently deny all the averments made therein being false,
concocted, fabricated, frivolous, misconceived and vexatious, which are contrary
to this stand and not specifically admitted by him.
(e) That it is pertinent that the Honorable Court should have the complete
disclosure of the background information of this fake complaint, hence the
Respondent is submitting all the information and relevant documents, providing
evidence of victimization and harassment by the Complainant and his family.

Mehvish contract with the company ended and
she was asked to handover all the company
belongings she was keeping with her that includes
one laptop, xbox one console, 2 cell phones. It is
highly important to mention here that there was
unusual delay by the complainant, first he asked
the company representative in Islamabad to get
the stuff next day i.e. 16th of Feb however the
equipment were not handed over on that day
instead it took 5 more days for the complainant to
handover company property.

started coming on Respondent company email
address that is dt@backcheckgroup.com. When
checked it appeared that Mehvish added his

email. On enquiry it was accepted by Mehvish
that she added my email – email communication

Respondent wanted to settle this dispute in
minimum possible but once again Mehvish left no
other choice. After this talk Mehvish completely
got disconnected from the Respondent and

emergency cleaning and started deleting her
mailboxes and chats histories and recreated her
clean email accounts with all data purged from all

sources– Now from such acts it is clear that they
have decided to involve someone to deal with the
Respondent and before that she was cleaning her
mess however this whole scenario was captured in
screenshots as of how things got changed… how
Gmail emails and hangout chats were purged to
clean her digital footsteps before starting a fresh
chapter of harassment and spreading terror in my
family by using their contacts in agencies . This
mindset destroyed Pakistan and made us corrupt
when we misuse our authority just for the sake of
our ego.
July 2018
A new series of attacks started by the complainant
and this time using FIA by lodging a fake
complaint. On 14th July Respondent family
received an order of attendance U/C 160 C.r.P.C
from FIA Cyber Crime Rawalpindi Zone bearing
Enquiry number 154/2018 and addressed to
Respondent’s ex-wife Noreen Danish who is not
living on the mentioned address since almost 2
years and taken Khula through family court early
this year. The Telenor number 03452130920
reported by the complainant to FIA was in the use
of Respondent till February 2018 when it was
blocked by Norren after she got Khula as that
number was on her name and CNIC. However the
complainant seems not updated and provided that
old mobile number to FIA assuming it was in my
use so it would be on my name however this
misinformation or mistake brings doubt on the
merit of such a complaint as per the guidelines
laid down in the FIA Standing Order 01/2018
for verifications proceedings of complaint.

and in rectification the Respondent received

Mumtaz family in their ongoing harassment

contacts and this time instrumenting FIA officials
in their mala fide intentions against the
Respondent.
The Respondent immediately contacted I/O Tahir
Khan via his cell/whatsapp number provided on
the first order. Respondent also responded to the
order sent by Assistant Director Mr. Farooq Latif
by TCS in which he informed him about the
ongoing harassment of Mumtaz Shah family and
provided reference material for the same

harass him through FIA was the key objective.. as
it was quite meaningful how the details of the
complaint matter kept hidden from the
Respondent like a trap!
October 2018
On 1st of October 2018, lawyer of Respondent
went to FIA rawalpindi from Karachi by Air, to
appear on behalf of his client. Some of the details
were shared with him but without any
documentary evidence. The whole meeting was
kept unofficial way as there was no formal letter ,
copy of the complaint or any other document
provided to the lawyer of the Respondent during

it was told that the case has been transferred from
Rawalpindi to Karachi in continuation of the
ongoing harassment and blackmailing of Mumtaz
family against the Respondent and his family.

All facts of the fake complaint are as under: -
1. That the Respondent is a law-abiding citizen and active taxpayer of
Pakistan, running a well reputed HR risk management company for last
12 years having its operational base in Karachi and HQ based in
Singapore. His company is providing employment opportunities to more
than 60 Pakistani family bread earners in Karachi office alone. He is
Encase Certified Digital Forensics expert, having 15 years of
International experience in countering cyberthreats and mitigating e-fraud
risks for public and private sectors in Hong Kong and Singapore.

involving the Respondent in a fake cyber crime complaint

2. That the Respondent and his employees were victimized and harassed by
the complainant and his family members from 2016 because one
employees Syeda Mehvish Ali now known as Mehvish Mumtaz. The
Respondent and his business faced severe harassment and his character
was assassinated and got him involved in litigating without any evidence
to damage him completely from all sides. The Respondent is facing
vendetta for not accepting to illegal demands of the complainant and took
a stand on the matter of not ending employment contract of Mehvish
based on such personal grounds. Please refer to the above timeline and
documents attached herewith in annexures.
3. Here are the facts and summarized details to prove that the life of
Respondent got serious threats from the complainant and his family
members who are doing everything possible to destroy Respondent:
i. Malicious letter leveling fake allegations on Respondent was
distributed among his company employee and family members
using whatsapp and emails contacts with mala fide intent to
damage Respondent credibility and hurt reputation of his
business. Please refer to Defamation Notice to Mumtaz Shah
ii. A fake FIR was registered against the Respondent in January
2017 by the complainant with serious charges of assault,
kidnapping and robbery. The matter was investigated by Police
and found no evicide in support of that FIR. The honorable court
acquitted Respondent and dismissed the case – This is a truthful
fact that the complainant register a false FIR to seriously damage

the Respondent. This is life threatening situation for the
Respondent.
iii. Respondent’s licensed weapons were taken off by force and then
were never returned. As family members of Respondent were in
talks with complainant and his family the matter was not
reported to the police but things were delayed deliberately by
complainant and no weapon or their compensation was provided
to the Respondent. After waiting for long, now when the
Respondent contacted Mehvish and asked for his weapons, this
FIA inquiry was initiated to stop Respondent from regstring FIR
against Mehvish and the complainant in case the complainant
failed to return licenced weapons in given time which is evident
by many documents annexed in this timeline.
4. The Respondent has been acquitted with honor in the fake FIR case and
in all complaints against him and the FIR was proven fake that
demonstrated the complainant’s mala fide intentions and misuse of their
contacts in Police for illegal purpose.
5. The complainant is trying to get a new FIR registered on the Respondent
by leveling false allegations. To simply put, the complainant lied and
used his contacts in Karachi police to register fake FIR against the
Respondent and now once again same people using FIA against the
Respondent without any evidence just to harass Respondent and his
family and keep damaging his business this way.
6. The first inquiry attendance order from FIA was sent on the name of the
Respondent ex-wife Norren Danish because the number Respondent was
using for last 5 years was registered on his wife Norren’s CNIC However

that number was blocked by Noreen in February 2018 when court granted
her Khula. This mistake was corrected by the AD in next letter as the next
letter arrived on Respondent name but sent directly from the Additional
Director not I/O.
7. There is sufficient evidence provided in this written statement to prove the
mala fide intentions of the complainant. It should be taken into
consideration the way complainant is abusing his contacts in Police and
FIA against Respondent his family and his company staff and help the
Respondent to put a stop to this ongoing vendetta and harassment.
8. Why Mehvish is going against the Respondent who helped her to sustain
that time period when she was left alone by her family - then getting
divorced was the only reason she came in the life of the Respondent by
conspiring for her vested interests she destroyed social and professional
life of a natural person and keep on trying more destruction to completely
finish him off.
9. Mehvish is a drug addict – she has been administered by the Dost
Foundation Peshawar where she was remain admitted to come out of
drugs affects – refer to annexure 16. Drug users are habitual liars may be
that is why there is lack of substantial documentary evidence against the
Respondent in this enquiry no. 154/2018 becauseit’s a work of fiction
from a mind of a drug addict.
10. Taking out CDR by illegal means, tracking location and traveling history
to harass the Respondent was actually done by complainant and his
family and all evidences are attached in this written statement as well, so
Respondent is being blamed for the same is nothing but deception and
hypocrisy

11. Respondent have proved that he has not hacked any facebookor gmail ID and it is
fabricated to involve the Respondent in this matter illegally.
12. That the all-important document that show that the Respondentwas not involved in
any cyber-crime are submitted along with this written statement , it is supported to
the Respondent version and declare him not guilty.

Circulation of the Letter and blackmailing
This letter was circulated by the following mediums:
1. Hand Delivered the letter at BCG Office
2. Emailing the letter with the attachments to the employee official IDs
3. Sending whatsapp images to almost 300 of BCG current and former employees on their
personal cell numbers – this data was acquired by illegal means –
On December 22, 2016, a person delivered 15 letters by hand at BCG Office addressed to the
employees. Group CEO also received a whatsapp message that a Birthday Gift is waiting for him
in the office, which later turned out to be this letter, sent to damage the reputation of BCG
Management in the eyes of their employees. The messages exchanged are presented in the
screenshots given below:
The letter was sent to almost 300 employees (Current & former) by hand, through email and also
by the whatsapp message using the number 0341-2699404. The name and designation of the
employees is mentioned in the Annexure. This is the reason various people claiming from
agencies keep asking for employee details, for this illegal and criminal act

company email was added and notifications from her facebook started coming on
11th May 2018

Annex 22b Similar example of Bumble informed instantly to
Inspector Tahir Khan
Here it is important to mention a recent example of similar nature like above when
suddenly the Respondent started receiving emails from a dating app called
Bumble. Respondent immediately contacted SHO Tahir Khan who is heading this
inquiry and brought this matter to his knowledge.

Mehvish created a fake identity with the name of Dua E Fatima
Her new number 0304 0000721 is checked on Truecaller - this
email fatima.dua2012@gmail.com she was using for all chat

On 28th April Mehvish added her new mobile number in her facebookbut later she
changed the email of that facebook accountand used mine to fabricate a fake

removed her new phone number from that account however sh missed to remove
the log entry of facebook
Just before making FIA complaint Mehvish cleanup her Dua
Fatima email and purged it to clean her digital footsteps

regularly for both email and chats with the Respondent, because
of this purging all the chat history was recalled from Respondent
end as well
