Location Scouting: Write a report about various locations and

Permissions: Write out consent forms and make sure they’re signed –
for the actors and locations.
Production Schedule: Produce a schedule that clearly sets out the
dates for when each element of the filming will be performed.
Block design for magazine: Create various block designs, and then on
final design neatly design the magazine cover.
Block design for poster: Create various block designs, and then on final
design neatly design and plot out the poster.
Colour Schemes: Create a colour scheme that will continuously be
used throughout the trailer, poster and magazine to create synergy.
Masthead Typography: Design and create the masthead for our film to
be used in the final trailer, poster and magazine cover.
Character Casting: Create a poster to advertise auditions, record each
audition and take photographs of each model/actors.
Job Roles: Be in charge of making sure everyone is completing their
tasks, complete this chart and give deadlines to keep up to date.
Storyboard: Create a shot by shot storyboard of our trailer, adding in
the effects, sound, cinematography and mise-en-scene.
Shot List: Create a shot list detailing the camera techniques needed to
perform each individual shot.
Video Diary: Record the process of making our trailer – Behind the
scenes, the making of etc.
Publicity: Create social media accounts to promote our film such as
Twitter, Snapchat, and Instagram etc.
Music: Choose various music sounds and clips to be used in our trailer,
create and produce music that will also be used within our trailer.
Production Companies: Research and chose a production company we
will use.
Production Company Marketing: Work out the finances, budgets and
marketing of our film to be distributed to our audience
Test Shoot: Take small video clips in our chosen locations and various
shoots to test out various angles and lighting strategies.
Target Audience: Create clear target audience profiles.
