Possible Process Steps Using a
Crimping Unit System
• 1 |Zero Cut:
In this step both wires will be cut to the same
length.
• 2 |Stripping:
Both wires will be dismantled at once.
• 3 |Crimping:
Both wires will be crimped.

Crimping Unit System
• 4 |Monitoring:
The wire crimping process gets monitored
and faulty crimps get detected, using a

faulty crimps get separated from good
