depression as a result of a serious car accident. Dana
learned what it meant to find strength in the Joy of the
Lord and what it looks like to choose His Joy over her own

dinners and express lane shopping, because we are in
such a rush. Dana, mother of 11, shares ways she has
learned to get her God time in her already busy schedule
and why we need that time with God so badly.

The Role of the Christian Wife and Mother
Dana talks about the important of understanding our
roles according to Scripture. What kind of wife and moth-
er did God create us to be? It isn’t what society says it is.
Learn how to balance your roles, not juggle them.

Dana Bailey has enjoyed speaking to mom
and women’s groups since 2006. As a mom of 11
children, she understands the struggles and joys
moms experience on a daily basis. Her passion is
to encourage women to live in the joy of Jesus eve-
ryday. Through her own struggles in life, she has
learned the importance of choosing to rejoice and
enjoys the blessings that come along side a life of
joy!
Dana and her family live in Prosper, Tx where her
husband grew up and they attend Stonebriar Com-
munity Church, (Frisco Tx) where they have served
since 2001.
Dana says, “I am a very imperfect
woman, married to an almost perfect
man with a house full of slightly imper-
fect children loved by a very perfect
Savior!”
