Croatia vs Albania Clash of Euro Cup 2024 Squad Preparations and Euro Cup Dre...
Occ sci. slide presentation
1. Dressing up with friends and attending themed parties or
festivals has been an activity I have enjoyed since I was young
and still continue to do at present
2. Here I am about to take part in the 2013 ‘Gisborne River
Dash’, an annual event in Gisborne, New Zealand where
teams of four race 1.5 kilometers up the Turanganui
river. There are prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place and each
year there are many competing teams. Unfortunately my
team did not get a podium finish last year.
3. I enjoy walking and tramping with friends
regularly and have explored various new
places since moving to the South Island
last year. This point is at Tunnel Beach,
just South of Dunedin.
4. Much of my extended family lives in and around Cape
Town, South Africa. I visit them once every year or two
and have enjoyed Great White shark cage diving on my
last three trips.
5. A few of my friends are sailors and
regularly go on excursions around the East
Coast of NZ. I have joined them a number
of times to go dolphin watching, which is
the highlight of these trips.
6. I played bass guitar in a rock group during later years of
high-school.
7. The leaning tower in Florence, Italy.
International travel has been a consistent
theme throughout my life. Having Italian
heritage I have seen much of Italy and
regard it as my favorite overseas
destination!
8. Sharing meals with family is an essential facet of Ajello culture. We
base our social engagement around discussion preparation,
consumption and reflection of food.
9. The beach is my favorite place. I spend countless hours in
and around the water throughout the year. Being from
Gisborne, NZ and living on the coastline, beach culture is
ingrained in me as the sea has been my constant
backdrop.
10. I have been swimming since I was 24 months old. Whether recreationally or
competitively I have participated in swimming regularly and acknowledge its
physical and therapeutic benefits.
