- Students not performing well in University ? Not attending classes and exams become sort of norm ? Do students take college for granted ?
- Is the majority of students fail or perform poorly in class ? Have teachers become frustrated in not being able to motivate the students enough to study ? Are more and more students dropping out of classes as the years progress ?
- Are parents becoming frustrated with the colleges inability to teach students ? Do parents blame the university entirely in not doing much to teach their kids ?
- If the answers to some or most of the above questions is yes, then there needs to be go some serious thought here. Hey, but help in on your way !These could all justbe a talk of the past. - We have come to you with a brilliant but well researched toolset, which has been developed by a leading psychologists. This concept is based on the famous 'carrot and the stick' theory. The stick here is the 'fear of humiliation' which we would achieve usingthe rotten flower, while the carrot here is a degree with distinction...
- So how does this work ??First, (entry animation - #1 ) we would identify the failed students - or - students who have performed poorly (as per the university standards). Each of these students (entry animation - #2) would then receive a set of 'rotten' flowers as a 'gift' for their brilliant performance in tests in front of everybody in their class, which (entry animation - #3) obviously should leave the student in a sad state.
- These flowers would be hand delivered to these students, right in the middle of the day, by their favourite teachers in front of everyone. This delivery would be taken up completely by the company and no intervention would be required by the university / college management. We expect this to convey sufficient humiliation to the students, which as per psychologists is one of the best motivators for a student to study.
