business, clarifying trust with clients by validating & praising their contributions to their work, saved the client 1/3 cost of
contracting, selling custom liners & pool kits across North America, maintaining low overhead by keeping our workforce to
summer temp work, interns & partners were paid by the customer directly; avoiding all taxes demanded by IRS, we fall
under 'the safe harbor' law-do not have to file est. taxes 1/4ly, PC & Apple efficient; worked with 'PC's from 1993 to 2011
switched over to Apple bc of virus free products, compiled taxes every year since 1982 as a partnership without audit

Plumbing: PVC sch. 40 rigid with deep well sockets proficient, copper pipe, iron pipe & Flex pipe. Plumbing is a puzzle;
coordinate plan, assemble needed fittings & lengths of pipe, dry fit around all shapes; oval, round, lazy ell, true L, rect.,
Grecian, pond shapes. Our pools have all PVC sch. 40 rigid pipe, not flex. Transferred copper over to PVC, iron pipe for
gas lines above ground; expertise in PVC, novice in copper & iron.
Electrical: Wired replacement motors, replaced seals, impellers, diffusers, onoff switches, panels, digital panels, fished
ground, single & stranded wired through electrical conduit-novice.
Other: Hand finished 'PoolKrete' large, small, difficult shape pool floors. Laid out floor with masonry line & rebar,
envisioned with plans, mixed proper 'cookie dough' textured poolkrete, enhanced several methods of mixing to decrease
down time. Measured local in ground pools for liners & covers within 1/8", instructed out of state customers the 'how to's'
on liner measurements, installed 1000's beaded liners, renovated old concrete pools to liner pools, revised home-made
pools to new liner pools, removed old liner pools to install new polymer wall pools & worked with all types of wall
systems, help locate underground leaks, leaksholes in liners; patched under water, worked with manufacture on all
aspects; CAD to skimmerlight & return locations to manufacture defects and warranty situations. Though there is no pool
building degree that can be achieved in a University, I believe having skills of these types provides me with enough
knowledge for a doctorate in vinyl liner in ground pools installation & service with great customer relationships!
