 T0 make this sport you have to use:
 A helmet to protect the head
 Protective glasses.
 Hydratation system.
 Mobile phone(in case of emergencies)
 Special boots
 Shorts

3. Places where is practiced
 This sport is practiced in the mountains

4. Physical condition
 Aerobic endurance, because it is a long-term
discipline.
 Anaerobic resistance .
 Strenght.

5. Difficulties
The difficulties of mountain bike can be:
 Terrain and trails
 This sport is dangerous in one of their types, downhill,
because if you jump with your bike and you land
wrong in the path, you can fall off the bike and you
can have serious injuries.

6. Women/men that practice mountain bike
 Miguel Martinez( France) He won 3 gold medals( Sydney
2000, Sierra Nevada 2000 and Porto de Mós 1999) 3 silver
medals( Kirchzarten 1995, Are, 1 by relays and the other one
individual) and 1 bronze medal(Atlanta 1996).

7. Women/men that practice mountain bike
 Bart Brentjens (Netherlands) He won 3 gold medals (Atlanta
1996, Kirchzarten 1995 and St. Wendel 2001), 1 silver medal
(Rhenen 2000) and 3 bronze medals( Atenas 2004,Vail 1994
and Sierra Nevada 2000)
