to have the chance to learn working with new tools.
During his internship Collin mainly worked on the analysis of our Annual Global Employee Survey’s
results. This involveddata analysis,presenting the data in the form of charts by using MS Excel and
alsowritingnotesondata trendsandcomparisons.Thisrequiredbothpreciseness andgoingintothe
details of data analysis as well as understanding and interpreting the data trends, seeing the bigger
picture and being able to draw conclusions from the analysis.
Collin performed the tasks with maximum effort, fast and in very high quality! He excelled in both
presenting the data and in the analysis.
Collin was very easy to manage and work with. He followed understood the tasks fast, asked good
questionswhenneeded,andalwaysdelivered exactlywhatwasaskedfromway withinthe expected
time.
I mustalsohighlight, thatdue tothe nature of ourcompany’sglobaloperation,Iwasmostlymanaging
and instructing Collin remote, as I was travelling extensively during the period of his internship.
Collin had no problem with this and was able to complete the tasks at such a high standard without
much managerial control. He workedonhisowninour office andreportedwhenhe finished(usually
much earlier than expected) and asked for the next tasks.
ThisI findisoutstanding,consideringthathe hasbarelyfinishedhigh-school!This showsthathe isan
extremely responsible and self-driven person making!
I am absolutely certain that he will do great both in his future studies and his carrier!
