architect on SECU renovations, Maki Shop restaurant,
and Govt. projects at Aberdeen Proving Ground. Assist-
ed with the CA of all projects and cooperatively worked
with contractors resolving problems and providing solu-
tions. Assisted with Architect on business development
projects, and attended new client meetings.
Ikiliwindi Vocational School // Designer
Currently working pro bono with Mbiwot Foundation
on a Vocational school in Ikiliwindi, Cameroon. Created
plans, elevations, and renders for marketing package for
possible investors. To be completed in 2018.
K4 Associates; LLC // Architectural Intern
Designed renderings and presentation packages for the
schematic design of the master plan residential complex
(Liberty on The River). Assisted with Architect with the
design of residential units and building layout.
Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Photoshop, Illustrator,
InDesign, Vector Works, Rhino, Sketch Up Renderings,
sketching, model making.
Mixed use residential, cultural architecture, public inter-

2. LIBERTY ON THE RIVER
Philadelphia, PA
Liberty on the River is an urban master planned
mixed use residential complex. This project is lo-
cated along the Delaware River in Philadelphia PA.
Colin assisted during the schematic design of the
project to render images for the City of Philadel-
phia. As project progressed, Colin worked closely
with Kenneth Hart, AIA on designing and drafting
the residential unit layouts. Also, created presenta-
tion sets for meetings with clients, Delaware River
Water Committee, and the City of Philadelphia.
