We are a long established and respected firm of
Independent Financial Planners, offering high
quality and personal financial advice to individuals,
businesses, trustees and charities. We specialise in
investments, retirement planning and wealth
management.
Hamptons Financial Management is part of The
Hammond Group of companies and has provided
financial advice since 1984.
Hamptons Financial Management is an Appointed
Representative of Tavistock Financial Ltd, which is
authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct
Authority.

Hamptons Financial Management offers independent advice to all its
clients, ensuring we provide the most suitable advice and solutions from
the whole marketplace.
Independent Advice: Definition
An adviser who wants to use the term 'independent' must:
• Be able to consider and recommend products from the 'whole of the market', not
just from a few select product providers
• Provide unbiased and unrestricted advice, after fully researching and analysing
the relevant market, and offering evidence to back up their recommendations
• Inform clients at the outset that they are able to provide independent advice
Restricted Advice: Definition
• Where an adviser offers advice on products from a selected number of providers,
or only considers certain types of investment products or services, then they don't
look at the 'whole of market' and are therefore described as 'restricted' instead of
independent. Advisers should point this out to a potential client at the first meeting
and explain the reasons why the advice we offer is restricted.

As part of our service we provide clients with regular
newsletters and updates.
Online access is available for valuations with many providers
allowing access to information 24/7.
In addition Colin Hart is a respected financial planner in the
financial services sector and was recently asked by the
Financial Times to speak on retirement planning (2016),
together with Angela Rayner MP, Shadow Pensions Minister
and Jeff Prestridge Chief Editor from the Finance Section of the
Daily Mail.

We work on the basis of clear transparent fees. As we offer a
bespoke service, we will confirm the exact service we will
provide and the cost of our advice, for your particular needs,
in advance and before any chargeable work commences.
As regulated Independent Financial Planners, we have offered
and charged fees for over 20 years and embraced fee
based advice long before regulatory compulsion from the
end of 2012 (31st December).

With attention to detail, we provide clients with vision and
clarity of finances and financial planning for the future, for
clients lifestyles and their families and generations.
Typically our clients are affluent professionals and company
executives who have little time to manage their affairs
effectively and who are looking to enhance and protect this
wealth and maintain their lifestyle.

Birmingham International Airport, the NEC and Birmingham

We also have office meeting facilities in Central London, located
at the prestigious Pall Mall, in the heart of St. James, SW1 and
also at New Broad Street, EC2M just a few minutes away from
Liverpool Street British Rail and Underground and easily
accessible from Bank and Moorgate Underground Stations.

through. We'll talk over your existing provisions and plans and what
you would like to achieve.
We will, in turn, review these and enlighten you, importantly in plain
English. Naturally there is no cost to yourself for the initial meeting
and you are under no obligation.
At the initial meeting we can also give you a good indication of the
costs of taking matters further.
We like transparency and so do our clients and so, naturally, fees are
always confirmed in writing and agreed in advance before any
chargeable work commences.
