We found Clifton to be a very honest sales agent who coached us in many aspects of the sale of
the house. He gave us an honest opinion of what he thought the property was worth and we did
get an offer which we rejected as we thought our property was worth more than that. After no one
bid at the auction and the property was passed over, he continued to market our property as
before with integrity and zealous. He then was approached by the original buyers who placed the
first offer and this was increased to our delight and satisfaction. We were really impressed with
his vigour in getting this for us and naturally we accepted.
His post sales attention was also second to none going over and above our expectation of what
his involvement would be. As a company Barfoot and Thompson advised that until settlement
they were there to protect and work on our behalf. We found some stumbling blocks which were
not of Barfoot and Thompson making and in this regard Clifton acted on our behalf 100%
He also tried to accommodate the buyers where he could assist or advise them in any way as
well. He is a really nice person on top of all this and we gladly include him as part of our family
now. Return business is a given.
