12. Pricing/Timeline and Training
• PRICING: The total cost estimate for the entire project will be
provided upon conducting site survey of the entire property.
• PROJECT TIMELINE: The project will be completed within six
weeks upon signing of the contract. In case of change of
requirements and other issues that may arise, a maximum of
two weeks will be added to complete the project.
• TRAINING :Staff will be trained for 5 days on how to use the
system. The training will be in batches and will be based on
their role and expertise.
13. Support Services
• Technical Support service will be
available free for 6 months after
project handover.
• A dedicated Contact person will
be available at the site weekly to
render any support.
• The technical Team will be
visiting every three month for
quality assurance and checks.
