Environmental Policy
VirTex Enterprises is an Eco-Friendlyfactory that is committed to our
community and promises to protectthe environment, prevent pollution, and
mitigate our environmental carbon footprint.
VirTex strives to do this by compliance to both RoHS (Restriction of
Hazardous Substances in electric and electronic equipment)and WEEE
(Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) directives alongside
implementing robust recycling programs.
VirTex is committed to protecting the environment and is in compliance with
local, state and federalrequirements along with ISO 14001.VirTexis
continually improving its process and is constantly working to create a
sustainable tomorrow for future generations.
Virtex has implemented several environmental programs including:
Waste Reduction & Recycling Programs:
 All paper waste.
 All corrugated box waste.
 Internal office paperwaste.
 PCB Scrap.
 Lead & Lead-free solder.
Energy Management:
 During the winter months, heat generated from our machines is
exhausted into the building for heating.
 Energy conservations programs are executed during the summer
months to help cut energy use.
 A Closed-loopwatering system is in place on some of our machines.
(to keep it from entering our local waste water system)
Scrap management:
 VirTex uses our robust supply chain to exchange excess components
 VirTex properly disposes of all hazardous waste and materials and
complies with all mandated requirements.
VirTex is focusedon improving the energy efficiencyof its building and has
set in place an energy conservation practice that are to be followed by all
employee’s,to raise awareness of energy consumption.
