Biñan City Grants and Scholarship Programs
refers to the consolidated grants and scholarship
programs of the City Government of Biñan,
such as the Iskolar Ng Biñan Program, Financial
Assistance Program, and Artista at Atletang
Biñanense College Scholarship Program.

5. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Financial Assistance Program (FAP) refers to
the Ten Thousand Peso (Php10,000.00) worth of
financial grant, awarded to qualified and
deserving Junior High School completers from
any DepEd Junior High Schools in the City of
Biñan, and who are bonafide residents of the
same.

8. QUALIFICATIONS
UNDER CITY ORDINANCE NO. 08-(2022)
Junior High School completers who belong to the
Upper 15% of the entire graduating class of
DepEd (Public) Junior High Schools in the City
of Biñan, and with at least 85% General Weighted
Average (GWA) shall receive a Php10,000.00
worth voucher (Ranking shall be determined by
the City Education Office and upon completion of
Assessment, Verification and Interview).

9. QUALIFICATIONS
UNDER CITY ORDINANCE NO. 08-(2022)
FAP Recipients enrolled at any Public Senior High School
The recipients enrolled at any Public Senior High School in the
City of Biñan shall be entitled for the encashment of
Php10,000.00 worth voucher.
FAP Recipients enrolled at any Partner Senior High School
The recipients enrolled at any Partner Senior High School in
the City of Biñan shall submit the original Php10,000.00 worth
voucher to the abovesaid Partner Senior High School as
payment.

10. QUALIFICATIONS
UNDER CITY ORDINANCE NO. 08-(2022)
GRADE REQUIREMENT
At least with a General Weighted Average
(GWA) of 85% and above.

• Fully Accomplished FAP Application Form (CEdO-002-1)
• Recent 2x2 ID Picture attached in the Application Form (White
Background)
• PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy) Original Copy must be
presented for verification/authentication
• Latest Grade 10 Report Card (Photocopy)
• Certificate of Academic Standing (Original & Photocopy)
• Voter’s Certification of Both Parents/Guardians and Applicant
who are at the voting age requirement (Photocopy) Original
Copy must be presented for verification/authentication

16. DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS (2 sets)
• Certificate of Indigency from Office of the Barangay Chairman
(Photocopy)
• Certificate of Employment of Parents/Guardians (if applicable)
• Grade 6 Diploma (Photocopy, if under guardianship)
• Solo Parent ID (if applicable)
• Death Certificate (Photocopy, for deceased parent/s)
