Could you tell us about the background of your company?
Since 1947, Leeds & Son Fine Jewelry has been a family
owned business.
My parents Edward and Eleanore Weiner founded Leeds & Son.
As a second-generation jewelry store owner with a passion tor
watches, I understand the importance of tradition, something
I share with the family behind Patek Philippe.

What have been the most recent developments within
the store?
In 2006, we purchased a building to house our new 6,300
square toot flagship store, which features a beautiful Patek
Philippe selling area. Most recently, we expanded our watch
service department to accommodate three specially trained
watch technicians.

How long have you been working with Patek Philippe?
Leeds & Son has been an authorized Patek Philippe dealer
since 1984.
In which way do you share the same core values as
Patek Philippe?
Like Patek Philippe, our heritage is very important to us. Leeds
& Son has been privately held and family owned tor three
generations. We are dedicated to providing our clients with the
very best quality products and services. Since the beginning,
integrity has played a crucial part in the success of our business
and today we strive to maintain that same level of Integrity that
my parents first established.
What special services do you provide for your clients?
The new store otters us a great deal more space to provide
our clients superior service. We have a state-ot-the-art Service
Center featuring three WOSTEP (Watchmakers ot Switzerland

Which are the key classic pieces from the Patek Philippe
collection?
Ret. 5960, a stylish selt-winding Annual Calendar chronograph.
Also the Calatrava collection, In particular Ret. 5119, this Is a
classic gentleman's watch. Simple in design, the round case and
elegant dial are symbolic ot the Patek Philippe style.
Which are the key pieces from the new 2008 collection?
We are extremely pleased with the new 2008 collection. The
Aquanaut Ret. 5167/1A with the stainless steel bracelet is
fantastic. The watch is sporty yet casually elegant at the same
time. In addition, the new World Time featuring a hand-made
cloisonne dial is a real showstopper. The watch epitomizes Patek
Philippe's attention to detail.
Which are your best sellers?
Leeds & Son does very well with the Calatrava Collection. Our
clients appreciate the tact that this collection is a true expression
ot artistic ingenuity at its very finest. The watches are extremely
elegant tor both men and women, and they are Impervious to
short-lived trends. Ret. 5119 in this collection is a classic
gentleman's watch, representing artistic ingenuity at its finest.
I can't say enough about this watch. It showcases sleek lines
and subtle elegance, a combination our customers always look
tor when purchasing quality timepieces. There is also the
gorgeous Travel Time watch In this collection. Ret. 5134,
with a dual time zone mechanism, silvery gray dial and gold-
applied hour markers and numerals.
For ladles timepieces, the Twenty-4® Collection Is a popular
watch tor our clients. In particular. Ret. 4910/11R with Its rose
gold case set with 34 diamonds, a chocolate brown dial, diamond
hour markers and gold-applied Roman numerals is a dress
watch tor ali occasions. This timepiece accents casual wear and
business attire just as brilliantly as it compliments a dazzling

5. What do your clientele normally look tor in time-
pieces?
When looking for a timepiece, men's watches are usually a self-
purchase and ladies dress watches are typically gifts. Although, we
are finding that more women are buying watches tor themselves.
What tend to be the styles most preferred by your
clientele?
The Leeds & Son clientele represents a variety ot tastes. As a
whole, our clients are interested In unique finely crafted time-
pieces. Patek Philippe otters them the very best In this category.
The popular Nautilus Collection really stands out as casual,
elegant watches. In a short period ot time, they have become
a cult tavorite among watch collectors. Ret. 5712 series has
become quite popular with our customers, who are drawn to the
moon phase and power reserve Indicator features. These watches
are truly works ot art that discerning watch aficionados seek.
Complicated watches are also ot great Interest. The Perpetual
Calendar Ret. 5159 with retrograde date and an officer style case
Is a watch that customers admire; the contemporary dial and
complications help separate this timepiece from any other.
Another popular timepiece tor men Is the Ret. 5146, also refer-
red to as the Annual Calendar, endowed with tunctlons such as
an am/pm Indicator and moon phase display.
