Exhibitor Information
Today’s Itinerary
Exhibitor’s set up in Gym between 8:30 & 10:30
9:30-10:50 am Panel Speakers in Theatre
11:00 am-2:00 pm Forum in the Gym
Lunch provided between 11 & 1:30 in the new
cafeteria
2:30 – 6:30: Break for Dinner
6:30 Doors open for the Public
7-7:30 pm Panel Speakers in the Theatre
7-9 pm Forum in the Gym
Talking Points to Students
- Pathway opportunities (for example: career opportunities available in your
industry/profession that are available to university graduates, college
graduates, apprenticeship participants and individuals who go directly from
school to work)
- Educational requirements for each pathway
- Future outlook / growth in the industry
- Salary ranges
- Working Conditions (hours, environments, variety, etc.)
- Opportunities for personal career growth and change in the industry.

Washrooms
Exhibitors and the public can use the washrooms
located in the Change Rooms off the gym. There are
public washrooms labeled STAFF located across
from the Main Office that can be used as well.
Lunch
Lunch will be served
between 11 and 1:30 in
the new part of the
Cafeteria. Exhibitors can
head over any time during
that period. Pizza, pop
and water will be served

on the back)
In the Event of an Emergency
You will be directed to the nearest exit! Please proceed calmly and follow the
instructions of our trained personnel.
Parking
Please park in the Evangel Church lot which is accessible
from our campus. Directions to the lot can be found on the
back of this paper. This parking lot is accessible from Sandy St.
as well. If this lot is full there is parking available in the back lot
of the campus. Please trek carefully in poor weather!
You are encouraged to store your personal
effects (coats, purse etc.) under your table or
leave it in your car. We are not responsible
for lost or stolen items.

Student Involvement
Students will have assignments that they will be completing that include interaction with the Exhibitor’s as well

NAVIGATING THROUGH OUR CAMPUS
PARKING:
From the drop off point, follow the road around the building and right after you notice cars parked along the
right-hand side, you will notice a gate opening to a lot on the left. Park there. (Evangel Church Lot)
GYM TO THE THEATRE
Exit the doors in the gym by the registration table. Turn left and head down the main corridor past the office
to the end. Take a left, walk to the end, and walk through the stairwell on your right-hand side. Take a left and
continue down the corridor till the end and there will be an entrance to the theatre (standard blue door) on
your right-hand side. A volunteer should be able to assist you from here.
GYM TO THE LUNCH AREA
Exit the gym via the doors by the registration table. Turn right and head down the corridor to the end. Take a
right, then stay right heading down another small corridor. Before the exterior exit you will notice a set of
doors on the left hand side. Lunch will be served here.
Volunteers
All volunteers can be found
wearing a signature event shirt.
You are encouraged exhibitors to
approach an event volunteer if you
require assistance.
Exhibitor Draw
We require the name tags and lanyards back from the
event. To help encourage this we are going to have an
Exhibitor Draw for Windsor Spitfire Tickets. At the
end of the day you must return your badge and
lanyard to the registration table to qualify.
Public Involvement
Visitors to our campus during the public information session in the evening have the option to get a VIP Pass
that will require the signature of 10 exhibitors. Once the pass is complete they can submit it to the registration
table to qualify for a door prize.
