- Good evening everyone! We are so honored to be able to work with Pandemonium Technologies. My name is Christina. Pandemonium Technologies is a great company, and with a great company, we need a great plan.
- The main objectives we are addressing today is to 1. Minimize tax liability 2. Expand into the ASEAN Market 3. Establish effective data storage and analysis
- Steph will now go over the current situation of Pandemonium Technologies.
- With this situation in mind, we have created a comprehensive plan, called the 3-D Expansion Plan. This plan is divided into three parts, or 3 D’s. Development, Data, and Discovery. Within these categories, we will answer the following questions, regarding where we will expand, how we should expand, how data will be utilized, what data should be utilized, what we will learn from this process, and how we will progress in the future.
- Zac will now go over the first D, Development.
- To determine which of the two countries would be best for expansion, we needed to understand the underlying factors involved in this decision, namely which country would allow us to minimize our tax liability and which location would provide the most benefits as far as technological advancements and opportunities for growth.
- Now that we have heard our development process, Maris will now address the second D, Data.
- With Development and Data, we will need to assess our timeline as well as risks we may encounter. This leads to our third and last D, Discovery, that Gabby and Steph will go over.
- With thorough analysis, we have concluded that the 3-D Expansion Plan regarding Development in Tuong, Data with ERPs, and Discovery, is what we recommend best for Pandemonium Technologies. Thank you for allowing us to work with you, and we will now open the floor to any questions.
