but rather, we train MOVEMENTS.Youneed to ask yourself,am I moving/running as
efficiently and effectively as I can? Am I utilizing my body’s pillar (core) to conduct

Will I be working out with people similar to my physique and body composition?  Our programs offered are categorized based on age. You will be working out with others relatable by age, but some of our groups are made up of diverse body types and levels of ability. Everyonewillbe able to participate in workouts, and limitations willbe accommodated to if necessary. 24. Are there certain programs that focus on just speed, just strength, or a targeted muscle group?  We occasionally get elite athletes whose main goal is to train withus to reduce their 40 yard dash time or increase their vertical leap by 3 or 4 inches. This can be very important if one is preparing for an NFL Combine, but for some athletes weneed to step back and take a lookat the bigger picture. In order for one to improve at these tests of speed and explosive power, we need to evaluate the individual and lookfor areas of improvement and assess their strengths. We here at EXOSdo not target muscle groups, but rather, we train MOVEMENTS.Youneed to ask yourself,am I moving/running as efficiently and effectively as I can? Am I utilizing my body’s pillar (core) to conduct energy/force and provide myself with the stability I am capable of? We are here to provide you withthe answers and help youreach the state of peak performance you’re capable of. 25. Will I get my money refunded if I decide EXOSis not forme?  Any payments made within EXOSagreements/contracts are non-refundable and, if services go unused by Client, cannot be applied to purchase of future services.
