I want to take a moment to recognize your outstanding perfonnance. Your career with
Newgistics started right before peak season, which is always a particularly challenging time;
however, from day one, you dug your heels into numerous projects and made yourself at home
in the facility. You quickly took over supervision of the contract guard staff giving them new
guidance and elevated their level of training. You then put together and executed a very
successful plan for peak associate parking, which is a difficult task every year. Next you set
your sights on improving the safety performance in the facility by putting together and
executing a plan of awareness signage, trip and fall prevention, cut and abrasion protection and
a safety poster contest just to name a few. You also helped Team Indy make sure all the
required accident / injury reporting documentation are up to date and complete. You have a
positive "get it done" and "never say no" attitude, as well as a thirst for knowledge. You are
always looking for something to improve, and you bring a wealth of professional and life
experience to the team. For your dependability and hard work, you are very deserving of this
Bright Star Award.
