I wanted to let you and whomever else it may concern know that your hard work and
dedication to patient care is unparalleled. My patient may have lost her foot to a severe and
progressing abscess. Chris has gone above and beyond to help me obtain a vital and
possible limb saving VAC for home use.
He has been exceedingly professional and courteous, providing information in a calm manner
during a stressful and chaotic time for me. I find it increasingly rare for a product rep to provide
clear, concise and thorough information - all while going the extra mile to make sure the
patient’s best interest is provided for.
