5. PMHOA Budget
• The Budget for PM is at its stable point and we can now look at
reduction of Dues.This year we deducted $10 from the overall dues
This may seem small but its part of a larger plan to try and do this
every year with potential growth of deductions.
11. Pool Update
• The pool will have its water replaced before the start of the season as
of now the pool status is in good standing and we have a new vendor
this will ensure that chemicals are applied correctly, and we can stay
open every day of the pool season.
13. Landscaping
• The landscape is finally going through its transformation iu have keep
a close eye out on the status of chemicals as well as our management
company MNI is keeping tabs on how we are treating our grass as
well as yearly maintenance such as tree trimming.
19. Home Values
• So as you all know the HOA is here to protect the home values as
much as we can.This year the will be more citations that we have
seen in the past 2 years.This includes board members, so we are no
exceptions to the rules we must keep our yards neat and grass
mowed. If you need help, we do have resources that can give anyone
here a great deal we just need to know before citations and warnings
go out.
• You all may ask we need our common areas pristine as well and that’s
the goal this year as we stated for the special assessment.
20. Extended action
• This is always hard and never should be a result of anyone in this
community. But, this year if you are ignoring any warnings citations
or other items, we will move to send your account to our legal team.
In my opinion its cheaper and saves you and the HOA money if you
just communicate with us.
22. New Surrounding Contracts
• We currently have two potential new constructions surrounding us.
The new condos across from our pool and a commercial building on
the side withTractor supply.The permit for name has not been
posted yet once I know I will keep you all in the loop.
• It also looks like the entrance to the condos will be close to the circle
section.
• I have had no luck getting in contact with the current builders of the
condos as its subcontracted for the land work.
24. Community Involvement
• We had a great national night out last year with the BBQ and
Wrestling Event. We are always looking at better ways to hold events
and making our community a place that you all will love has
homeowners.With that being said I would like to get some lighting
and benches in the circle areas as its called a park but has very little
things that a park has.
