The EQi-2.0 is an accurate tool for building awareness in five areas. These areas--or "Scales"-- function
together. Self-Perception and Self-Expression influence one's Interpersonal Relationships, which
influence Decision-Making, and how a person approaches Stress Management.
The Assessment compares responses to thousands of others, so people can see where they land on each
scale. The results are used in hiring, talent development, leadership coaching, team building, and any
other situation where personal and group insights make a difference.
