Green pathways interconnect the village providing connectivity to the park areas, which are connected to the existing
natural area of the hillside and the valley. The parkways are then linked to Town Square, which gives a gracious entry to the
project, with water, and a bridge giving seclusion to the villas.

Town square provides a gathering place for the whole community. Retail fronts Ying Chun Street and provides a gateway to
the private seclusion of Town Square. Rooftop gardens adorn the commercial building and provide a pleasant view from
the towers above. Pergola’s support vines, and roofs are planted with decorative shrubs, ornamental trees and grasses.

商与高公寓 Commercial & High-rise Apartment
The architecture is enhanced with dry stacked stone, a black granite meets the ground, and
warm hues of tile and stucco. Metal canopies express the high tech feeling, and provide for
solar control. Horizontal mullions on the glazing systems provide a contemporary feel, and
enhance the solar control over the glass. The architecture is planar, and is expressed in
horizontal and vertical mass, with large punched openings creating interesting pattern in the
façade.
架采用干堆石和黑色花岩来配合地面的暖色。金属檐突其代感，又很好的
控制了光。通系上的横框不外形具代感, 增强了太玻璃板的控制.在

A club occupies the upper two floors of the main commercial building, with the sales center on
first floor. The retail edge to the project creates a town center feel, and provides convenience to
the surrounding community.
会所在商住宅的上 ,一是售中心. 目的成市中心的子，方便服
于周社区。
The towers are adorned with a blade like finial that gives special identity to the buildings, and
marks a striking line against the sky.
