Structured Finance
Vistra’s capital markets team has extensive experience
of asset backed and mortgage backed transactions,
collateralized debt obligations (CDOs) and asset
repackaging. It is the largest independent corporate
trustee in Asia and a key player in Europe, offering a
multitude of structured finance, aircraft leasing and
shipping finance services across global markets.
Vistra also offers market entry services, due diligence,
enforcement, and monitoring services to both domestic
and foreign direct investment entities, including banks,
