I am writing in regards to Chris Anthony. I have known Chris for approximately 10 years. I
myself am in the Hospitality Industry and have been for over 30 years.
Chris first caught my attention when he was working in Runyon’s Restaurant in Seaford, NY. He
was professional, attentive and courteous. You could see he was well respected by his staff and
treated them with respect too. He never indulged in the food or beverages when working and
attended to all guests needs. Through the years I had many professional conversations with
him, he always had a good business sense, came up with creative marketing and advertising
ideas, along with promotions. They always proved to be successful.
I then referred Chris to the Brasserie 214 in New Hyde Park, NY. This restaurant was connected
with a Catering venue. Chris had his challenges here on several levels. He always proved to
handle it professionally and proved to be profitable. We were very sorry to see him leave.
Chris is an asset to any company and establishment he is a part of. He brings many years’
experience and a level of professionalismwith him. He will bring success where ever he makes
his next home.
