ABSTRACT: It consists of a Robot designed to do surgery on electrical commands, which uses an Electro
Surgical Unit for making dissections on the patient. A server also exchanges the data’s between the
client and doctor end computers without delay. At the client end, captured videos are been send to a
server from an IP camera, which can be assessed by the doctor from any corner of the world. The doctor
passes on required instructions to a robotic arm control through the server, which controls the robotic
arm and the electro surgical unit by serial transmission. And hence, real time transferring of video
feedbacks and control instructions are done between the client and the doctor through this web based
tele-surgery.
