2. The WGEPAD can improve and enhance its engagement with civil society for greater impact on the
ground by doing a better job of giving advance notice to ensure that civil society members are able to
make arrangement in a timely fashion to participate. The WGEPAD needs to stop arranging events at
the last second; not only is the UN WGEPAD guilty of this but so is the UN Civil Society, the UN PFII,
and associated UN Bodies.

3. The Human Rights Concerns that the WGEPAD should focus on in the next 3 years is
i) Revealing the Truth and Fact that “Black”(People of African Descent are also erroneously called
“Black”) People have no standing at law. The WGEPAD should inform “Black” People /
People of African Descent that they must change their commercial status to White( if they
are from east of the Atlantic Ocean) or White and American Indian( If they are born West of
the Atlantic Ocean) by doing the US OMB SF-181 Form( and for those that are disabled the

ii) Confirming Whether “Black” People/People of African Descent are human? This should be
brought to the UN general assembly for a resolution to admit or deny the following:

are NO “Black Racial Groups” of Africa and can be proven by anyone who is from Africa as they refer to

should be calling themselves White and NOT “Black”. Due to this deliberate and intentional misidentification,
misclassification this explains the Injustice, discrimination, atrocities, violations, genocide apartheid and rape
committed against Peoples of African Descent(MISNOMER: Black/African-American). Failure by the United
Nations, The UN General Assembly and the UN Working Group of Experts on Peoples of African Descent to
acknowledge, reveal, correct, fix, compensate and restitute this International Human Rights, Indigenous Rights
and Universal Rights violations means the aforementioned international bodies are complicit in: Genocide,
Apartheid, Rape, Forced Assimilation, Forced Displaced, Crimes against Indigenous Peoples, Crimes against
Humanity, Fratricide, infanticide, Murder, Conspiracy, Collusion and War Crimes against Peoples of African
Descent All over the world and have no intention on fixing and healing the damaged caused, now or in the
Future.
