to make this 1906 house into what it was way back when. She made suggestions that made our sale work. It
was nice to be able to sell this house in 2 1/2 months.
Cheryl worked very hard to get the house ready for the market. I liked her personal touches that she added
before the sale.It's hard to explain, but after our first meeting, I felt that we were going to become friends. I
don't know if that is important in selling a house, but it mattered a lot to me. I liked her. I appreciated how she
kept me informed on everything that was going on with the sale. I trusted her completely with making the best
deal that she could.
