Petty cash handling procedures involve issuing petty cash according to budgets, receiving vouchers and invoices from departments approved by managers, allocating expenses in accounts by the accounting department, and reimbursing and issuing new petty cash amounts. Departments must submit vouchers with valid VAT invoices containing the company name and number without alterations and approved amounts.

3. ThenHand over toAccount Department,accountdepartmentwill allocate these expenses
accordingto providedvoucher/detail expensessheet,andpostitin accountsbook, & reimburse
cash fromcompany,
4. Andwill issue newpettycashtothe department,
