In my capacity as Chief Technology Officer of NXT Sports, I am pleased to write this reference
letter on behalf of Chashmeet Singh. In March of 2016, Chashmeet was hired by me as a
freelance developer to support various development projects that were part of the launch of our
brand new web­app based business. My experiences with Chashmeet were spectacular. I
consider him a large part of our success and I continue to request work from him for as much as
his time allows.
Chashmeet solidified his role with our team through his work ethic, timely delivery of project
tasks and excellent communication. Chashmeet is very proactive and versatile; he consistently
asks to take­on additional project tasks and has successfully delivered a wide variety of job
scopes. Additionally, Chashmeet gained respect from his colleague developers by taking extra
time (off the clock) to provide constructive feedback to their code as friendly support and
allegiance to the project. This is surely a rarity and the sign of a great teammate.
However, the greatest differentiator that I have observed in Chashmeet is his ability to
qualitatively grasp the key business goal (which is often several layers deep of complex
understanding), and precisely identify the most efficient solution. Working with Chashmeet has
been a pleasure because we can quickly discuss the conceptual framework, then he is able to
produce. This attribute of a developer is invaluable.
Chashmeet Singh is a hard­working, capable and very bright developer. For all of these
reasons, I give Chashmeet Singh my strongest recommendation without hesitation. Please do
