1. I have 12+ experience doing several types of Boundary Surveys, ALTA's, Construction and As-built
Mapping and Documentation. My 12+ years of surveying experience includes Survey Department
Manager, Senior Survey Technician, Field (on-site) Manager, Platting, Client Contact and Bidding for
work contracts.
I also have 7+ years as a GIS Property Technician at the Maricopa County Assessor's Office. My
responsibilities included Cadastral Mapping and Research for dispute resolution, Golf Course, Railroad
and Highway Mapping, special assignments as assigned related to research and mapping of complex
curvilinear legal descriptions and interpretation of old maps, plats, ownership and parcel attribution. I
was also chosen as the Subject Matter Expert for the conversion from MicroStation to ESRI 10.0, 10.1,
10.2 and 10.2.2, including Base Cadastre and Parcel Fabric maintenance, corrections and associated
research for additional Control Points to stabilize the projection that constitutes said Parcel Fabric. I
received a "FISH Award" for timely and concise delivery of complex boundary issues and the
recommended solutions based on Chain of Title for legal and defense supporting accuracy of Luke Air
Force Base in Goodyear, AZ.
I am currently looking for full-time employment. I am able to relocate after 09/24/2016, willing to
learn to keep up with the changing technologies and advance my carrer and am a critical thinking quick
learner. I am currently a student at Harper College in Palatine, IL enrolled in the GIS Certification
program where I am focusing on the Data Analysis portion of the GIS industry and I consider myself to
