Our firm's framework of everything called Virtual Ocean and platform of everything called VizPlanet summarized in one page While many of our clients have used our firm's framework/platform of everything approach successfully in their value multiplying engagements, one of our pipeline prospects recently suggested that a one page summary would help them to sell its value to their internal stakeholders. And there came this one pager -- and if may preface it, Our firm's framework/platform of everything, perhaps the first of its kind approach, that is designed to multiply value by integrating 15+ disciplines (all the way from spirituality, science, leadership, culture, strategy, finance, economics, marketing, innovation, HR, psychology, philosophy, neuroscience, biology, genetics, AI to name a few) with a common vernacular and metrics among them. 1. Model Mechanism Metaphor
Situation 1. The key stakeholders within most problem solving
frameworks (humans & universe ) are modeled using
discipline focused models, as opposed to being modeled
with a scale and perception shifted worldview model.
2. Problem and solution spaces within these frameworks are
modeled using discipline focused vernacular and metrics
-- and so, not well understood by another discipline.
3. They follow the century old diagnosis/prescription model
1. The interaction between humans and universe within the
problem/solution space are analyzed using discipline
focused tools, without a common worldview mechanism
between them.
2. Problem and solution space are analyzed using respective
discipline focused mechanisms and principles.
3. Discipline focused frameworks processes and tools is used
as a means to diagnose and prescribe solutions.
Using a vertical line
metaphor that is drawn
from – infinity to + infinity
point. The idea here is to
climb to + infinity point by
solving the problems
every step of the way!
Complication 1. Most discipline focused diagnosis/prescription models ,
end up negating the same from another discipline.
2. None of the current diagnosis/prescription models are
modeled using nature’s first principles.
3. Most of the diagnosis/prescription models are modeled
using discipline based vernacular only.
4. The emergence of so called 3-D disciplines (digital, data
&design), have blurred the boundaries among disciplines
(and industry structures) , which in-turn has shifted the
economy from linear to circular. None of the current
frameworks are designed to address this shift in an
integrated manner.
5. Similarly, these 3-Ds have removed the resource
constraint limits, by supplying infinite amount of virtual
resources to the economy. None of the current
frameworks are designed to exploit this infinite resource
revolution.
1. There is no discipline neutral, integrated diagnosis and
prescription mechanism available today, to avoid this
negation effect.
2. There is no first principles driven mechanism followed to
leverage nature’s inherent self regulating solution
patterns.
3. There is no common diagnosis and prescription vernacular
(and metrics) followed across discipline boundaries.
4. There is no circular economy principles driven solution
mechanism (that spans across discipline/industry structure
boundaries) available to tap into the potential of 3-Ds.
5. There is no Portfolio Management principles driven
resource allocation approach, that mixes physical & virtual
resources with an infinite Virtual Reality Portfolio mindset.
Again, using the same

matter how hard people
try to reach the + infinity
point by solving the
problems every step of
the way, the same
problems end up
manifesting in some other
form in another discipline
--and so, they fall down
again to the – infinity
point, and the process
repeats.
Resolution 1. Our framework of everything is modeled using nature’s
top 3 principles driven, self regulating , scale/perception
shifting worldview model (with a hypothesis that humans
are the microcosm of the universe). More specifically, this
worldview model is modeled using the energy
management principle equation* (Motivational heartbeat
+ Belief mindset= Action/decision).
2. Ours is an Integrated model, where problems and
solutions are modeled in an discipline neutral manner
using our EPP, CPP PIP,GCN sub frameworks within VOS.
3. Ours is a prescription first model, where the
prescriptions are imagined by the power of first principles
(and grace/gifts) and then retrofitted with iterative
reverse diagnosis, using our VOS framework.
4. Ours is a discipline agnostic model, with a value cycle
vernacular w/ five value stations or capitals (human, P&S,
Fin, Customer & purpose) that are tied by causal metrics.
5. Ours is a virtual reality portfolio model, where physical

effect) using our EPP and CPP sub frameworks within VOS.

imagined by the power of first principles (& grace/gifts)
and retrofitted w/ reverse diagnosis, using VOS.
4. Circular economy mechanism, where problems and
solutions are solved using circular D-cube mechanism
(delinerarize, decouple & democratize) driven platform
called VizPlanet (with 15+ sub platforms).
