insuring large hotels, resorts, and spas throughout the country. With HotelPro, we bring exclusive hotel
insurance programs to agents with specifically designed extensions to address limited and full-service
hotels.
As a Lloyd’s of London cover holder, IPOA exclusively provides property and general liability solutions.
Underwriting/Program Features:
 Property and General Liability solutions
 Capacity up to $40 million per location
 Hotel built after 1987 preferred unless completely “gut renovated”
 All states, excluding Oklahoma Property
 All construction types, including EIFS
 Interior and exterior hotels
 Liability (non-auditable policies are available)
 Commercial Property: Tier 1 $15,000 minimum premium
 Commercial Liability: $5,000 minimum premium
Hotel Program Extensions:
 Agreed amount
 Backup of sewers and drains
 Business income (ALS) with ordinary payrolls
 Cimicidae infestation (bed bugs)
 Employee dishonesty
 Equipment breakdown
 Fire department service charge
 Fire protection equipment recharge
 Forgery or alteration
 Lock & key replacement
 Money & securities (on and off)
 Outdoor property
 Ordinance & law
 Personal effects & property of others
 Trees, plants & shrubs
 Utility services
BROKERAGE DIVISION
IPOA’s brokerage division provides you with access to markets for hotel insurance solutions that fall
outside of HotelPro. This gives you an opportunity to look to one resource to place and write accounts in
specific niche markets. It also eliminates having to shop around with multiple wholesalers, which may
hinder your access to specific markets.

 Interior and exterior
 Resorts & spas
 Limited service
 Franchised and non-franchised (admitted and non-admitted options)
 $7,500 minimum premium (non-CAT)
 $15,000 minimum (coastal locations tier 1 & 2)
