Detail: Working as Design Engineer (R&D)
Project Designed: -
1- Solar Charge controller (MPPT & PWM) –Hardware and Software-
Detail & Responsibilities: Design the hardware and simulate with LT spice IV.
Selection of Microcontroller – For MPPT - Texas Instrument - Microcontroller-MSP430F5132IDA
Design the hardware and calculate PWM frequency as per perturb and observe
technique for MPPT solution and write the code for lead acid battery charging profile
and its parameter.
Implementation of constant Voltage and constant current.
Product support 12V and 24V system and 20&30A current.
PCB design in 2 layer, i.e.:- Top and bottom layer.
Preparing and BOM and discuss with distributer and purchase department.
2- Solar Lantern (MPPT & PWM with Constant current LED Driving) -
Detail & Responsibilities: Design the hardware and simulate with LT spice IV & NI Multisim.
Selection of Microcontroller – For Solar lantern project - Microcontroller-PIC16F1507
Design the hardware as per reliable power supply boost converter for constant current
LED driver application. Measuring current through op- amp & implement the PID loop for
calculation and drive the MOSFET gate drive.
This theory implemented in Lithium based Solar home light system, Solar Lithium
Lantern, Solar Study lamp for lighting.
Implementation of constant Voltage and constant current for battery charging profile.
Product support 3.2V to 12 & 1A and 10Wp led driver.
PCB design in 2 layer, i.e.:- Top and bottom layer.
Preparing and BOM and discuss with distributer and purchase department.
3- Solar CFL Driver (Constant Current CFL DC to AC) -
Detail & Responsibilities: Design the hardware and simulate with LT spice IV & NI Multisim.
Selection of Microcontroller – For Solar lantern project - Microcontroller-STM8S903F3
Design the hardware as per reliable power supply PUSH FULL configuration for CFL driver
application. Measuring current through op- amp & implement the PID loop for
calculation and drive the MOSFET gate drive. Calculate the firing specification of CFL
through complementary PWM theory of GATE drive circuit with dead time insertion.
Implementation of constant Voltage and constant current for battery charging profile.
This theory implemented in Solar lighting.
Product support 12 & 2A and 22Wp CFL driving .
PCB design in 2 layer, i.e.:- Top and bottom layer.
Preparing and BOM and discuss with distributer and purchase department.
4- Solar LED Driver SSL (12-60W (MPPT & PWM with Constant current LED Driving -
Detail & Responsibilities: Design the hardware and simulate with LT spice IV & NI Multisim.
