Good Faith
What is a good faith?
• Employer and Employee both must be act
in Bona Fide.
• If Employer fails to perform in Good Faith,
then the employee can file a case.
• Employee fails to perform the contract
properly amounts to breach of good faith.
• Good Faith ends when a contract ends.
Fiduciary Duty
•Sensitive jobs are known as fiduciary
duties
•If person who performs fiduciary duty
breaches the contract cannot be
justified.

The Conclusion
• The employment relationship is being
developed by employer and employee.
