EF House is a custom project
of a home in a little town in
Mexico that is emplaced over
an existing unfinished
construction; the goal was to
rethink the old project and
save money and resources
planning a 1 storey house full
of life.

a two storey home, that's why
there was only one
bedroom and a bigger deck; in
the new plan one bedroom is
added in what it was
former deck, new deck is now
parallel to neighbor's
wall,and kitchen has been

ground level, the house has
splitted distribution; public

open to a deck and a back
yard, keeping bedrooms at
