SERCOBE is the Spanish National Association of Capital Goods
Manufacturers, an institution comprising over 400 industrial companies,
including all the major Spanish players. Our purpose is to promote, finance and
support both technically and commercially any international business

Mr. César Hernández has been co-operating with SERCOBE since 2012 in the
development of energy projects in Perú, Bolivia, Uruguay and Saudi Arabia. He
is a regular collaborator and assists us technically in projects concerning wind-
power, solar-power (both photovoltaic and Concentrated Solar Power – CSP)
and hydro-power generation, as well as electric-power transmission and
distribution. He has also advised SERCOBE, as well as our clients and
partners, regarding regulatory issues.
Mr. Hernández is a skillful collaborator, with a deep insight of the power
business, as well as extense technical know-how. He is a key person for
SERCOBE when it comes to developing and promoting a power project, in front
of clients, investors or financial institutions.
