Entrepreneurship is an important economic tool that can stimulate innovation and private sector growth. Women's participation in entrepreneurship is associated with increased gender parity, a more productive use of human capital, and overall economic growth. In Jordan, policies promoted by King Abdullah II have established an e-governance system and increased ICT skills among citizens, providing new opportunities for female entrepreneurs in Jordan's growing tech sector through e-commerce and flexible work arrangements. This paper investigates Jordan's entrepreneurial climate and the need for more research on women's role in the Middle East's tech industry.
