What's the most useful business-related book you've ever read?
Aside from the Bible, Ray Dalio's Principles. His book was the beginning of a newfound perspective and objective
philosophy on life.
What's your favorite non-business book?
The Bible as it is the Book and Author of Life The Knowledge of the Truth.
If money were not an issue, what would you be doing right now?
Filling free time with learning new skills, especially graphic design and computer programming. And spending more
quality time with my daughter.
What words of advice would you give your younger self?
The fear of success is stopping you from achieving excellence. Chase that dream, read the Word, take better
care of yourself and find you a great partner to call your Wife!
What's the most creative thing you've ever done?
The project I’m currently wrapping up. Project Leafedin on Linkedin
Which founders or startups do you most admire?
Craig Fuller the visionary behind FreightWaves and freight futures trading. Having the freight industry in common
and both of us at similar phases in learning through the community ​TheChartGuys.com​, I was able to hear about
his vision and soon after got to witness it come into fruition.

Resiliency, Grit, and Determination.

What aspects of your work are you most passionate about?
The relationships that exist between myself and my customer’s, continuous improvement, being the underdog.
What was the most impactful class you took in school?
A MOOC that I am currently enrolled in called The Fundamentals of IT; on Coursera™ courtesy of Google™.
What's something you wish you had done years earlier?
Settling down and starting a large family with a bunch of little ones.
What's an obstacle you've overcome?
Misusing and abusing oxycodone after a car accident.
