Service desk analysts cannot view all of their assigned work items from different categories (incidents, requests, problems, changes, releases) in a single folder in SCSM. Cased Dimensions created a management pack that allows analysts to view all of their assigned work items in a single "Assigned to Me" folder, providing search capabilities and default forms and grouping functionality to improve work item management efficiency. The management pack aims to align with ITIL best practices for enterprise process improvement.
