Before you bind any policy, you must complete the binding checklist. Even if you have talked to the customer
before, if you are binding the policy everything that is applicable must be done. You can also find a link in
Knowledge Owl that has a checklist you can use while on your call.

3. Go to the Sales Knowledge Owl page and search Binding Checklist and click through as if you
were binding a call. If you hit refresh the checklist will reset to use on your next call.
