Oat Silk 12
Designed for textural modification of skin care creams,
lotions and colour cosmetic products. This oat flour extract
imparts a luxuriant and silky feel to even the most basic
emulsions and has an immediate brightening and
mattifying effect on skin tone.
Oat Silk IRR
A microbially sterile version of Oat Silk 12 for use in baby
care and clinical formulations.
