MARKET WRAP
Indian markets end up. Nifty, Sensex up by 0.56% and 0.52% respectively.
Asia-Pacific markets remain mixed. Italy forms govt., political gridlock ends.
DJIA ends flat. Italy 10 Yr Bond at 3.94 I 1.4. Dow Futures up by 60 points.
Indian markets closed in green after consolidating for most part of the day. India’s GDP
likely to improve to 5.7% in 2013, says IMF. Euro-Area economic confidence declines
more than forecast. US market closed mixed amid lacklustre trade. Nifty gains 32 pts,
closed at 5904. Whereas Sensex up by 100 pts, closed at 19387. Europe is in green.

Stock Recommendation
CapitalHeight’s stock recommendation for 30/04/2013 is ITC Ltd. It has been
trading in uptrend. Its long term trend is up. In today’s trading session, it was up by
1.91% and made a long white candlestick. It is trading above its long term moving
average (200 DMA), which is indicating further upside movement in the stock. On the
daily chart, momentum indicator RSI is also trading in positive territory. All the indicators
are suggesting that we can see some upside movement in the stock. Its short term
strong support level is around 310. One can go for long position in ITC above 326. The
stock may test level of 340 in near term.
Our recommendation on ITC is BUY above 326 for the Target of 330/335.
