1. • Training in and daily use of Reserve System Event Management Software
• Entering Menus and Final Contracts
• Emailing proposals/contracts to clients and posting revised/final/new contracts
• Closing event checks and balancing event books for Accounting
• Touring the Space with guests noting Room Set ups, Capacities, Minimums
• Knowledge and training for all event packages:
o Wedding package (overview)
o Field trip
o Kids party package/ Premium Kids Package
o Bridal Shower
o Reunion Package
• End of day duties
o Run deposits--filling out daily bookings sheets
o Nightly posting with Guarantee Sheet/Cancellations
o Sending the end of the day email
• Full day shadowing Front of House Managers, Back of House Managers, and
Marketing Department
